Dr. Jan Richter and Dr. Bernhard Stapp joined CYNORA as chief technology officer and chief strategy advisor, respectively.
Both bring deep technology credentials to CYNORA, and extensive leadership experience with companies ranging from venture-backed startups to large global corporations.
Their arrival marks a new high point for CYNORA. Earlier this year the company launched its first product, the cyBlueBooster, offering OLED manufacturers a new fluorescent blue emitter with higher efficiency advantages than comparative products.
The pace of innovation continues as the company transitions from a research-focused materials discovery company to one that is product-focused.
“Jan and Bernhard bring exceptional track records of technology development and global business management to CYNORA. By strengthening our leadership team with these skilled executives, we can move faster into our next phase of growth," said Adam Kablanian, CYNORA CEO.
Before CYNORA, Richter was CTO of Siltectra where he initiated the startup’s laser-based wafering solution.
Before CYNORA, Stapp provided expert counsel to companies and venture capital firms with a focus on compound semiconductors and organic electronics.
