Flex announced that Phil Ulrich has been named the chief human resources officer of the 200,000-employee manufacturing solutions provider that designs and builds intelligent products, while Raejeanne Skillern has been named president of the Communications and Enterprise Compute group.

These are two dynamic executives who will help Flex grow even stronger.”
Ulrich will be joining Flex on May 13, 2019. Prior to joining Flex, Ulrich was SVP, human resources, Electrical Sector for Eaton, a global power management company.
Skillern will be leading the Communications and Enterprise Compute group, starting May 6, 2019, and reporting to Doug Britt, president, Flex Integrated Solutions. The Communications and Enterprise Compute group focuses on data center and telco networking solutions, recording more than $8 billion dollars in revenue in FY 2019. Skillern joins Flex from Intel, where she was the VP of the Data Center Group and GM of the Cloud Service Provider Platform Group.
