Just weeks remain until CPES2019, Canada’s premier conference and trade show exhibition for flexible and hybrid electronics (FHE), presented by intelliFLEX Innovation Alliance.
CPES2019 takes place from May 16-17 at Domaine Chateau-Bromont, in Bromont, Que. The event will feature 150-plus expected integrators, industrial companies and researchers for networking, technical updates and ecosystem connections crucial for commercializing FHE technology in Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
The event features 20-plus industry-leading speakers from business, research and academia, along with a panel discussion on better ways to facilitate collaboration between industry and academia. Speakers hail from organizations such as Geotab, the Xerox Research Centre of Canada, Sunray Scientific, FUJIFILM Dimatix, Jones Packaging, APMA, McMaster University, the University of Guelph, and others.
Speaking topics include smart supply chain applications, IoT ecosystem AI and security, scaling up aerospace and automotive applications, next-gen FHE materials and more.
The trade show portion of the event includes exhibitors such as Brilliant Matters, CERADROP, CMC Microsystems, Finetech, GGI Solutions, Heraeus, NovaCentrix, Cicor Group and the National Research Council of Canada. They’ll join sponsors such as Varitron, C2MI, XENON, the NSERC Green Electronics Network and Sheridan College’s Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Design Technologies for the two-day event, which also features tours of C2MI’s new advanced manufacturing center for scale-up manufacturing.
The event will also feature Innovation Awards in the categories of Women in STEM and Business Icon of the Year.
