Bob Hargadon joined Impinj, Inc., a leading provider and pioneer of RAIN RFID solutions, as SVP of people and culture. He will lead global human resources initiatives focused on engaging and aligning the company's people and culture with its goals.

Hargadon’s experience in human resources spans over 30 years. Most recently, he was SVP of human resources at Alere (now part of Abbott Labs). Prior to that, he held senior HR and talent management roles at Microsoft, drugstore.com, Boston Scientific, and Fidelity Investments. His experience includes 12+ years consulting with firms including RBL, Novations Group and Harbridge House (acquired by PWC).
Hargadon serves on the advisory board at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and community volunteer at FareStart. He earned a B.A. in economics from Harvard University.
